Information for Contributors

For speakers

A video projector will be available for displaying slides. You can either bring your own computer (with a standard VGA connector, Apple users will have to use an adapter) or use the Windows PC that we will provide. In the latter case, please bring your presentation on a CD or USB stick in PowerPoint or PDF format.

For contributors presenting posters

Posters should have a maximum width of 850 mm and a maximum height of 1200 mm (A0 format in portrait orientation).
